How to read your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC)

Understand your health plan for next year with your Annual Notice of Change. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to read this important document.

It’s the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) — the time of year when you can review or change your health plan. Good news: If you’re happy with your current Allina Health | Aetna plan, you don’t need to do anything. It will automatically renew on January 1. Your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) outlines updates to your plan for the next year. Here’s some easy guidance on how to read it.

What's an ANOC?

Your ANOC gives you a comparison of your 2025 plan benefits to your 2026 plan benefits. It can help you see how your Allina Health | Aetna Medicare plan continues to support your needs.

There may be updates to your:

  • Benefits
  • Monthly premiums
  • Deductibles
  • Out-of-pocket costs and more

How do I view my Annual Notice of Change?

You should have received your ANOC by mail or email. You can also access it through your secure member website or plan web page. If you didn’t receive it, call Member Services at 1-833-570-6671 (TTY: 711) from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. They can help you access the document and make sure your information is up to date. This includes your address, phone number and email address.

How do I navigate my ANOC?
