Take advantage of the many valuable benefits and resources that are part of your plan
Taking care of your health starts with having the right support. Whether it’s finding a trusted primary care provider or simply understanding your plan benefits, you have resources designed to make things easier. Here are some of the tools, programs and services available to help you stay informed and in control of your own health care.
Having a strong relationship with your primary care provider (PCP) is a great foundation for managing your health. Your PCP is familiar with your health history and needs. This allows them to listen to your concerns, refer you to specialists when necessary and develop a personalized care plan for you.

Some of the best times to use telehealth include seasonal allergies, mental health visits and medication refills. Call your provider’s office today to see if they offer telehealth visits.
